Job Title: General Operations Manager
Job Description: Provide day-to-day leadership, fostering a success-oriented and accountable
environment, while effectively hiring, training, and developing staff to meet company goals.
Oversee and improve internal and external processes, monitor operating costs, identify
opportunities for savings, and ensure cost-effective delivery of services. Coordinate with Vendor
Managers, Warehouse Managers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective achievement
of deliverables and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and manage operational budgets,
analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability, cost control,
and adherence to financial policies. Implement growth strategies and processes, ensuring
compliance with quality standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements, while
optimizing resources and technology.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree and major in professional studies and/or field of
global hospitality and leadership. At least one year of work experience in warehousing and
storage operations and management. Verifiable references. Able to work on weekends, holidays,
and late nights. Non-smoker on worksite.
